LawCare – SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from LawCare, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Why does LawCare use text messages?
These messages are used to communicate with existing clients and prospective clients. These communications may include communications related to your legal matter, such as appointment reminders, case updates, document requests and submission, billing reminders, and responses to your text inquiries.
Message frequency may vary based on your case status, case activity, communication needs and alternative methods of contact. We will make every effort not to send an unnecessary amount of text messages through our SMS service. Message and date rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. How do I stop receiving messages from LawCare?
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you provide consent again by messaging START. Reply HELP for assistance or support, or contact our office at:

3. We do not sell your information.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties. We may disclose information only as required to comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes including but not limited to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.
4. Appropriate usage of SMS communications.
As a law firm we will focus on providing you with the best results available for your case. This includes the use of the SMS system. However, use of this SMS is not an absolute right. If you continually fail to respond to SMS messages or if there is abuse of repeated messages or abusive messages, we reserve the right to withdraw you from the SMS system at any time. Further abuse may lead to our withdrawal from your representation as authorized in your fee agreement and relevant Rules of Professional Conduct.
